Colombian Empanadas
Dad and I made Colombian Empanadas for dinner last night. Dad got the recipe from a lady a work. The filling is chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, green onions, and garlic. We put the filling in the dough we made and put some avocado dressing stuff we made on top. They were really good!!
