Last week I got braces on my top teeth. I also got a lower lingual arch on of course, the lower part of my mouth. my Teeth were sore for a couple of days and it hurt to eat. It does not hurt anymore. I have already eaten popcorn, chewy snacks, and a hard taco. Ooops :(
